These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Routine Tracker: ADHD Planner ("App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Routine Tracker: ADHD Planner is a productivity and organization application designed to help users structure their day, manage tasks, create routines, track habits, plan goals, use focus sessions, organize time blocks, create reminders, and improve everyday productivity.

Features may include:

• ADHD-friendly daily planning

• Routine tracking

• Daily planner

• To do lists and task management

• Habit tracking

• Focus timer

• Time blocking

• Goals and productivity tracking

• Reminders

• Notes

• Widgets

• Focus Friend and other motivational features

We may modify, improve, add, or remove features as the App evolves.

2. ADHD & Medical Disclaimer

Routine Tracker: ADHD Planner is a productivity, planning, and organizational tool.

The App is not a medical device, healthcare service, therapy service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

References to ADHD are intended to describe productivity and organizational features that may be useful for people seeking additional structure in their daily routines.

The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical or mental health condition.

If you have questions or concerns about ADHD, mental health, medication, treatment, or another medical condition, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into an agreement in your country or region, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the App's source code except where applicable law expressly permits it

• Modify or create unauthorized derivative works from the App

• Attempt to bypass subscription, payment, security, or access restrictions

• Use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

5. Apple Standard EULA

If you download the App through Apple's App Store, your license to use the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") and Apple's applicable Media Services Terms and Usage Rules.

The App is licensed to you and is not sold to you.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Routine Tracker: ADHD Planner and not Apple. We, rather than Apple, are responsible for the App and its content, except where Apple's terms provide otherwise.

Apple's Standard EULA is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies to your use of the App to the extent applicable.

If any provision concerning your license to use the App conflicts with mandatory terms of Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's applicable terms will control to the extent required.

6. Premium Features, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium functionality through auto-renewable subscriptions, one-time purchases, free trials, introductory offers, or other in-app purchases.

• Introductory offer

will be displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.

Prices may vary depending on your country, region, currency, taxes, or Apple's pricing policies.

7. Subscription Billing

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store:

• Payment will be processed through your Apple Account.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

• Renewal will be charged according to the subscription price shown by Apple at the time of purchase or renewal, subject to applicable notice requirements for price changes.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Apple manages subscription billing, payment processing, cancellation, and applicable refund requests.

8. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

Certain subscriptions may include a free trial, discounted introductory period, or promotional offer.

Eligibility for these offers is determined by Apple and may vary between users, countries, or accounts.

Unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules, a free or discounted trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed before you started the offer.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable price and renewal information before confirming your purchase.

9. Cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store can be managed or canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but generally does not immediately remove access to premium features. You may continue to have access until the end of the already-paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable rules.

10. Refunds

Payments made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.

Refund requests and refund eligibility are therefore generally handled according to Apple's App Store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not independently control Apple's refund decisions.

11. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the functionality provided by the App, certain planner information, routines, habits, tasks, notes, goals, preferences, or related information may be stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups where necessary and for protecting access to your device.

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy for details about how information associated with the App is handled.

12. Notifications & Reminders

The App may allow you to create reminders or receive notifications.

Notifications depend on your device settings, operating system permissions, battery conditions, system functionality, and other technical factors.

We cannot guarantee that every notification or reminder will be delivered at a specific time.

You should not rely on the App for emergency alerts, critical medical reminders, safety-critical activities, or other situations where failure to receive a notification could result in serious harm or loss.

13. Productivity Results

The App provides tools intended to assist with planning, productivity, organization, focus, routines, and habit tracking.

We do not guarantee that use of the App will:

• Increase productivity

• Improve focus

• Create or eliminate habits

• Improve academic or professional performance

• Achieve particular personal goals

• Improve symptoms associated with ADHD or another condition

Your results depend on your individual circumstances and how you use the App.

14. Availability of the App

We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Features may change as a result of:

• App updates

• Operating system updates

• Device compatibility

• Technical requirements

• Apple platform changes

• Legal or regulatory requirements

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any portion of the App where reasonably necessary.

15. Intellectual Property

The App and its associated design, software, graphics, icons, illustrations, branding, text, user interface, mascot characters, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

16. Third-Party Services

Certain functionality may depend on Apple services, operating-system functionality, or other third-party technologies.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, restrictions, or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App:

• For any illegal or fraudulent activity

• To interfere with the App's normal operation

• To attempt unauthorized access to App systems or services

• To bypass payment or premium-access mechanisms

• To distribute malicious code

• To infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person

• In a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

This includes, without limitation, loss resulting from missed tasks, reminders, routines, productivity goals, stored information, or other App functionality.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law.

Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple Account.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the App, our practices, legal requirements, Apple requirements, or new functionality.

When appropriate, the updated Terms will be made available through the App, App Store listing, website, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country or region.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

23. Apple as a Third-Party Beneficiary

Where required under Apple's applicable terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the portions of these Terms relating to your license and use of the App.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple may have the right to enforce such applicable provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary.
